NEUVILLE is a Belgian design label based in Brussels, established in 1989.

After representing over 2000 classical bags for the last 25 years, it was time for the brand to find a new concept.

During the summer 2016 the team decided to highlight the joy of being a woman and based the new concept on colourful and futuristic handbags.

The main goal of the brand is to keep its models simple but surprising to enhance the beauty of each woman.

 Today the brand is represented in more than 15 countries, all around the world.

This fast commercial explosion has now a significant impact on every division within the company. We are now looking for new talents to reinforce our team!

 

C U R R E N T  O P E N I N G S

 

Sales & Export Manager

As Sales & Export Manager, your key activities will be:

-       Organizing meetings with clients (and prospects) in our showroom every new season to present the collections

-       Approaching new shops and showrooms to introduce the brand

-       Organizing and participating to International fashion tradeshows

-       Managing key accounts by following-up closely those relationships

-       Fluency in Dutch & English is required, a good level of French is considered a « plus »

-       Ability and willingness to travel (for international tradeshows)

-       A Business-oriented mindset

-       A Fashion mindset

-       A high degree of task variety and the opportunity to further develop and maximize your competences in an ambitious company

Logistics Manager

As Logistics Manager, your key activities will be:

-       Manage the B2B & B2C distribution channel

-       Organize & manage the warehouse

-       Inspection, control of POS & department stores stock

-       Support the Manager and proactively advice on logistics related improvements

-       Manage the company ERP (in/out)

-       Coordinate sales & warehouse

-       Min 0-2 years working experience. Preferably in a Logistic role

-       Fluency in French & English is required, a good level of Dutch is considered a « plus »

-       Ability to work in a less structured environment inherent to a start-up organization

-       Willingness to solve problems

-       Organisational skills & detail oriented  

-       A high degree of task variety and the opportunity to further develop and maximize your competences in an ambitious company

Administrative Manager

As Administrative Manager, you are responsible for delivering exceptional service to the sales department, our clients and suppliers.

Thanks to your track record in administration, you know how to professionalize our department by the development and implementation of an excellent support.

And with your motivating and positive people management skills, you make sure departmental aims and service objectives are achieved.

 

-       You graduated with at least a Bachelor’s degree within Communications or another relevant field

-       A proven track record in administration

-       Excellent written and oral communication skills in French, Dutch and English

-       You know how to motivate and inspire people

-       You have strong strategic and analytic skills

-       You have a commercial, data driven and positive attitude

-       A high degree of task variety and the opportunity to further develop and maximize your competences in an ambitious company
